Delivery and shipping
Delivery can only be done through SF locker Pick up or SF store pick up. If delivery to places outside Hong Kong is required, please contact us through Whatsapp: +852 55088808 (https://wa.me/message/KZY5L2EOE5V4B1)
Customers can enjoy free shipping for orders of more than $498HKD. Otherwise, normal shipping fees for SF Locker pick up/ SF store pick up is $40HKD.
[Goods will be shipped out 2-3 days after the order is confirmed. Once the parcel reaches the locker or the SF store, you will be notified by a text message from SF with a designated period for you to pick up the parcel. Please collect your parcel within the period stated in the text message. If the customer fails to collect it within the stated period, the customer should be responsible for any fees payable for late pick ups etc.]
Store pick up
If the customer wishes to pick up from our retail store, you can select ‘store pick-up’ before payment. After the order is confirmed, the customer can pick up the goods from our store. Below are the details of our retail store:

Opening hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 18:00 (Closed on public holidays)
**Please collect your goods within 1 month after the order is confirmed. If the customer fails to do so, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be processed.
