We reserve the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges.
Exchange
Upon receiving the goods, if the goods do not correspond to what you have ordered or are the incorrect amount, please contact us through Whatsapp: +852 55088808 (https://wa.me/message/KZY5L2EOE5V4B1). We will follow up on it promptly.
When contacting us, please provide the following information:
Order number
Purchase date
Name and amount of the missing good
Once it is confirmed that the mistake is made on the company’s side, we will arrange for the exchange of goods. Any extra fees payable for shipping etc. will be covered by the company.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Beauty items and cosmetics that have been opened, tested or partially used will not be accepted.
If, within 5 days upon receiving the goods, the customer does not request for exchange of goods, the company will not be liable for these mistakes and will not arrange for any exchanges.
Refund
If the item that the customer has ordered is out of stock, you will be refunded for the amount paid. Please note that credit card refunds usually take around 30 working days, while refund for other payment methods take around 3 working days.
Additionally, please note that the time required to refund to your bank accounts varies according to different issuing banks. Please check with your banks for further detail regarding this.
